Our Team
Without our amazing staff, we would not be able to demonstrate the amount of respect and care we provide to every single pet.
We take pride in being family owned and operated. So much so that 3 generations currently work at the crematorium.

Blair and AJ Bailey
Owners
Veterinary medicine has been apart of Blair's life since childhood. His father, Dr. Don Bailey, DVM, opened Bailey Veterinary Clinic in Roseburg, Oregon, in 1950. Blair grew up surrounded by the care, commitment, and responsibility of serving animals and the families who love them. He followed in his father's footsteps and became a veterinarian himself.
Outside of work, Dr. Blair enjoys spending time with his favorite sidekick, Miah, a mini Australian Shepherd with a big attitude. She goes nearly everywhere with him He enjoys traveling and spending time with his family, especially his new grandson.
AJ has dedicated over 30 years to veterinary medicine and the last 18 years to pet aftercare. She knows firsthand how important it is that all pets are handled with compassion and respect.
In her spare time, AJ enjoys riding horses, traveling with her husband and their two fur-babies Miah and Zoey. She loves spending time with her grandchildren and her great grandchildren (can you believe she was a great grandma at only 53 years old!). She has 2 horses, Feather and Maggie, and 1 mini horse, Cowboy, who has become the favorite entertainer for her great grandkids.
Abigail Corona
Manager
This job is not for the faint of heart, some days are harder than others, but it is truly a privilege to serve our clients and take care of your precious pets. I have been managing for 2 years, but I have around the veterinary and animal world since I was a toddler.
I love being with my husband and 2 kids. We have 2 pets currently, but who knows what the future may hold. I have had a dream to be somewhat self sufficient and have a mini homestead.
I grew up in Roseburg for a while, then moved to Utah. After a few years in Utah, I moved back to Roseburg, only to move back to Utah 2 years later. I met my husband in middle school, and we started dating in high school. We moved to Wyoming before our senior year and now we have settled down in Myrtle Creek to raise our children (and hopefully chickens).

Feather Harvey
Assistant Manager
My favorite part of my job is being able to provide care and comfort to families and their pets. I came into the aftercare business in 2020 while I was working as a veterinary technician in Sedona, Arizona.
In my past time, I enjoy exploring local waterfalls and going on afternoon walks with our 2 doggos. I also enjoy buying the occasional house plant. My fiancé and I have 2 dogs, Akila and Yoti, 2 cats, Jim and Garth, 3 ball pythons, Akasha, NdNd and Lurr, and 2 tarantulas, Tia and Big Toes.
In 2024 we moved to Roseburg from Flagstaff, Arizona. My first language is Navajo (Diné). My two clans are Kinłichíi'nii (Red House People) and Tótsohnii (Big Water).
Vickie Hermes
Aftercare Specialist
I am glad that I can provide the aftercare that every pet deserves. I have been in the pet business for 45 years.
My favorite hobby is spending time with my grandkids and being able to go to their sporting events. I also enjoy camping and gardening. I have had many pets in the past, but now we are down to one cat.
I was born and raised in the Roseburg area, and I love being able to call it my home. My entire family also lives in the area and it makes me feel very blessed.

Dave Anderson
Aftercare Specialist/Resident Handyman
I get a great sense of gratification helping families through one of the most difficult times in their lives, the loss of a beloved pet. I have been in the animal care and aftercare business for over 30 years.
Outside of work, I enjoy listening to music, doing yard work, and making various things out of wood. We have 5 strictly indoor cats and 1 kitten. We care for the strays outside to the best of our ability.
I have been married to my wife, Mary, for 40 years. We share a common love of animals of all kinds. I am retired, but still enjoy working in the aftercare business. I like visiting the ocean and exploring new places.
Mary Anderson
Cleaning Technician
I like the feeling of knowing I have cleaned and displayed the merchandise. When I leave, I like knowing I have made the inside comfortable and welcoming. I have 11 years of experience in the pet business.
My hobbies include helping a local cat rescue, caring for our animals, working in the yard, and watching movies. We have 5 strictly indoor cats and 1 kitten. We are looking forward to adopting a rescue dog in the future.
I have been with my husband, Dave, for 40 years. We have worked, rescued, fostered, and adopted animals many of our years together. We are now enjoying retired life with long walks on the beach and drives sight seeing.

Harold and Linda Bruinsma
Aftercare Transportation/Artisan Treat Maker
Harold drove a semi-truck for almost his entire life. 6 years ago he became one of our aftercare transporters, and he enjoys being able to transport the pets safely.
He has had many pets in his life. His blue heeler, Penny, will always hold a special place in his heart. His only pet now is a favorite chicken name Grapey.
In his younger years, he enjoyed wood working and mechanic work. Now he lives a semi-retired life, enjoying it with his wife of 56 years, daughter, grandson, great-granddaughter and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
Linda has been cooking/baking most of her life. It is one of her pastimes and she enjoys the hours she puts into making the treat trays for our local vet clinics. She grew up on a horse ranch and owned multiple pet salons over the course of 50 years.
Linda is a cat and chicken lover through and through. Right now she has 1 cat, but her cat likes to bring friends over for dinner (and breakfast and snack time). She also has 8 chickens, plus all of her fabulous chicken home decor.
Linda really enjoys helping others, both animals people.
Koda Corona
Fleet Mechanic
I ensure that the vehicles are maintained and reliable, so all pets can travel safely to and from the crematorium.
In my spare time, I enjoy working on vehicles (specifically my older 70s-80s trucks), fishing/hunting, and golfing. Mainly, I just love being outdoors. We have a dog, Daisy, and a cat, Gizmo (Mo). Mo is my little buddy, apart from my son, and he loves to go on car rides.
I love my kids, they are the light of my life. My wife and I love going on adventures as a family.
