What happens if my pet passes at home?

Please contact us via call, text or email and we will get you the soonest appointment. If your pet passes on the weekend or after hours, please reach out and we will meet you as soon as possible. We are available 24/7.

What do I do with my pet immediately after they pass?

Wrap them in a blanket or towel. If you are comfortable, you can place them in a box or tote. Keep them in a cool, dry place and away from any other animals. Contact us as soon as you can so we can make arrangements to take care of your beloved pet.

How do I know it is actually my pets ashes?

We have a mobile tracking system that every single pet is added to. At any moment in time, we know exactly where every pet is in our process. In addition, every privately cremated pet is cremated with a unique metal coin. Every single coin is different so there is no chance for 2 pets to have the same one. We take time with each pet that we care for so there is no doubt that you will receive only your pets ashes.
