Wrap them in a blanket or towel. If you are comfortable, you can place them in a box or tote. Keep them in a cool, dry place and away from any other animals. Contact us as soon as you can so we can make arrangements to take care of your beloved pet.
We have a mobile tracking system that every single pet is added to. At any moment in time, we know exactly where every pet is in our process. In addition, every privately cremated pet is cremated with a unique metal coin. Every single coin is different so there is no chance for 2 pets to have the same one. We take time with each pet that we care for so there is no doubt that you will receive only your pets ashes. If you have any questions about our tracking or would like a detailed explanation, please do not hesitate to ask.

We take pride in our quick services. All privately cremated pets are ready to go home in 24-48hours.
Their ashes will be sealed and contained in a heat sealed bag as well as a velvet bag. The velvet bag is then placed in a complimentary wooden urn that has forget-me-not flowers engraved on the top. We have additional urns available for purchase and engraving options.
