ABOUT US

Roseburg Pet Crematorium is locally owned and operated. We are located in Roseburg Oregon. Our modern, state of the art pet crematory is located on our premises. Once we receive your beloved pet from you or your veterinary clinic, they remain in our gentle care until they are returned to you.

We guarantee that all your beloved pets will receive the individual attention and respect so that you may have peace of mind in your time of loss. You can be assured that all services requested will be performed with care and dignity as if they were our own beloved family member.

Arrangements can be made through your veterinary clinic or by you. You may transport your pet to our facility by making an appointment, or we can pick up your pet at your home (some fees may apply) or veterinary clinic upon request. We will not delay taking your pet into our care at the time of death.

We strive to have your pet returned to you within 1-3 business days. You may make special arrangements to have your pet returned to you the same day at an additional charge.

FAQ

WHAT DO I DO IF MY PET PASSES AWAY?

Please do not hesitate to contact us. If you call after business hours it's our guarantee that one of our team members will call you back right away.  We're absolutely here to help in any way we can.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO HAVE MY PET  BROUGHT TO THE CREMATORY FROM MY VETERINARIAN'S OFFICE?

This depends mainly on when you or your veterinarian's office calls and where the office is located. Typically, once a call is received, our team members are immediately dispatched.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY PET BACK?

We will have your pet back to you within 1-3 business days.

DOES MY PET HAVE TO BE PLACED IN AN URN?

All pets cremated at our facility are placed in one of our standard urns unless you choose another type or style of urn from our reasonably priced selection.

WHAT SIZE URN DO I CHOSE?

Urns are measured by holding cubic inches instead of pounds. Roughly 1 cubic inch will equal 1 pound of your pet's  weight. Example: If your pet weighs 9 pounds you would need an urn that holds 9 cubic inches. Please call if you have any questions.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A PRIVATE CREMATION AND A COMMUNAL?

The term "Private Cremation" means that your pet will be kept seperate from other pets at all times in our care and the ashes are returned to you.

The Communal Cremation means that your pet is cremated along with other pets unseperated and the ashes will be spread on a beautiful 400 acre privately owned Roseburg Ranch. Picture Below
